Christmas gift for Picky husband

My husband is a hard person to shop for, let alone make something for. Christmas is coming up and even though he doesn't want me to get him anything, I want to give him something special.
Anybody got any ideas for crochet project that would be useful to a programmer/handyman?
He doesn't like scarves or gloves either. He's very picky about clothes.
