Small gifts for family members?

My grandmother passed away a few months ago and left me all of her yarn since I’m the only grandchild that crochets. I’ve been trying to think of some small presents to give my family members for Christmas made out of her yarn. I was planning on some crochet flower bouquets, but I’m not sure if I’ll have the time for a project that big. I’m thinking maybe some small ornaments? Single flower ornaments? If anyone has any suggestions or ideas I would appreciate it!!
