Hi guys!

I'm fairly new to crocheting and so far what I've struggle most with is figuring out which yarn to use! there are just so many options omg

I'm wanting to make this bag for a fiend, so i want it to be quite durable and although the lady who created the pattern used acrylic yarn, upon further research I'm getting mixed messages about whether this is durable or not, and whether i should be using yarn with a stretch to it or not.

any help is greatly appreciated! i believe I'm tossing up between acrylic, wool, acrylic-wool blend, or cotton.
