Favourite stitches!?

I see lots of stitches I love but never know what they’re called… I’d love to learn about some stitches and links to where I can learn them? I’m having a play day with my yarn as I recover from a migraine, so please share your personal favs/lesser known stitches!
I’ve tried waffle stitch but haven’t worked out how to get clean edges yet. There’s a stitch that looks like dragon scales I am interested to try!
I love lurking and seeing all the wonderful creations you make. I’ve been crocheting for 2 years but my dyslexia and ADHD make focusing on finishing anything impossible lol!
