A desperate need

So the summer has started, and I'm desperately attempting to find any sources of cheap but good quality cotton yarn in size 2,3 or 4 that will ship to Canada without costing twice as much as the yarn. Back in May I was following a conversation where a user had posted her recent stash of 12000 yds of yarn for $60 or something amazing like that, but I was too late to take advantage of the sale. Anything similar? My cotton is all gone and I need more for clothes ...
