Yarn Swift help!
IFTTT newest submissions : crochet
Hello all my lovely hookers, I'm looking for any suggestions or DIY help with my yarn swift. I have a beautiful umbrella-style swift I received as a gift. My only issue is that it's entirely made of wood so the attachment that tightens onto a table just can't get tight enough. I've tried a few different things including using some spare wood I had laying around and some strips of hot glue to give some extra grip.
Does anyone have any ideas?? It's so frustrating to have to grab it from falling off of the table multiple times while winding up a cake.
