I need help identifying these crochet doll clothes patterns.

A friend of mine found two sets of crocheted doll clothes at an estate sale a while ago, and she asked me to replicate them. I think they were made from existing patterns, it would make my life easier if I could find those patterns.
The first set is a hoodie and pants combo. They both have ribbing that appears to be knit, and the main body appears to be (dc, dc around post of next). The hoodie also has a zipper. Here are photos of the hoodie, and the pants.
The other set is a cardigan and skirt, both are fastened with buttons. The body of both is alternating between sc and hdc. They both have a trim that is (skip 1 stitch, sc, ch 3, sc in same st), except for the hem of the skirt which is one round of (ch 3, sc in next st) and another round of (ch 3, sc in next ch 3 sp). I have written out the pattern for the skirt, it is included in the pictures. Here are photos of the skirt, plus the written pattern, and here is the jacket. Thank you in advance for your help!
