Quick cash from crochet?

Hi! I've been jobless for 7 months (got laid off from covid) and cannot currently work until my son goes to school in September. My boyfriend works, but I would also like a little job to do as well. I always think about selling my crochet, and have tried, but I never got any messages. Its especially hard with covid. It seems like nobody wants to buy handmade items. How would you go about this? I definitely don't want to make this a job or anything, but even 40 dollars here and there would help a lot. Any tips? How are you guys selling your crochet?
