Can someone translate this Peruvian tutorial for me?

I know this is a lengthy process. I want to crochet this desperately but I can't understand the language and I'm having a really hard time following the instructions without knowing how many of each stitch I need to make etc. So I understand if nobody is willing to do this for me as it's a 30 min *almost* video, give or take.
