issues with Joanns?

Has anyone else had problems with Joanns?? I was so excited because of the sale today and free shipping, I have some things to make for people so I ordered about 16 skeins of yarn, and got an email confirming it, and then 20 minutes later get a notice the order was cancelled! I find they have the widest yarn selection at a great price so it’s kind of frustrating this big order was just cancelled. I tried ordering from Michaels but you can only order in multiples of 3, wtf? Lol any other suggestions for online stores?
