Looking for a way to crochet steps or a small ramp for my dog?

Hey all, Not sure if this is a bit of a strange request or if it’s not possible but thought I’d ask. Would anyone know a pattern for something like this?
We have a small dog with arthritis and he is constantly waking us up at night to get on the bed and then get off to drink water (meds).
Looking to craft something with a minimum height of 30cm but really should be closer to 60. Could I just use straight panels and then stuff it with stuffing??
