Harry Potter Crochet Norbert

I got the Harry Potter crochet Kit for my birthday and am having alot of trouble on one of the stitches in the Norbert the dragon Pattern. Its called a pointed popcorn stitch? I cannot find a toutorial online for it. It says "work dc into st, ch 2, work 2 dc into same stitch. take hook out leaving loop, put hook through 1st dc and pull loop through". I dont understand the pull loop through part?
