Gift ideas for my grandpa?

Hi everyone! So im making gifts for my family this christmas, and I have no idea what to make my grandpa. A bit of a backstory: he isn't the same as he used to be and mainly sits at home by his TV. He also likes to people watch from his chair in the garage. He has Parkinsons and a tumor in his lung that is in-operable. He also has COPD (even though he has never smoked). He used to love to drink beer all the time, but now he can't because of the medication he takes. I haven't been able to see him much this year because of COVID, however he still lives with my nana, mom and brother so im glad he at least has company.
I just want to make him something special 😊. My nana crochets as well and makes him things like blankets, hats, scarves, etc. So I don't really want to make anything like that if I can help it.
He really enjoys red wine, an occasional snack (he has diabetes), watching his favourite old movies and shows on TV, napping (of course) and sitting outside. He is portuguese and loves all things related to that of course, lol.
Any suggestions for him would be great! Thank you 😊
