How do you guys deal with making mistakes?

Hey y'all, I've been crocheting for about a year and I'm hooked! But I'm a perfectionist about my crochet work, and once that I find a mistake in my work I can't ignore it. And I know that literally no one else will be able to notice it but I can't stop seeing that mistake I made when I look at my work. I'm currently working on a sweater, and I realized that I made one tiny mistake in the sleeve and now I just want to a redo the entire sleeve.
Does anyone else feel the same way abut there work or is it just me? How do you deal with feeling that way?
