Hook question...
IFTTT newest submissions : crochet
When you're working with a particular yarn that calls for a needle that you don't have (my case: 9.0 mm) is it better to go up or down a needle size to do the project? I know I'll have to adjust the stitches etc. for the project for size but...just not sure which way to go...up or down? Thought?
