Dealing with wrist pain..

I'm only 24 😭 I already have back pain from being a nurse now this damn wrist won't loosen up. I went hard at it one night with the Bernat blanket yarn about two months ago, like a skein and a half in one sitting and it was not been the same since. Just generally tender, and then rotating from palm up to palm down hurts. Still full range of motion but not without pain.
What does this call for? Stretching? Resting? Heat, ice? I should know this but I've never had to deal with something like this myself before
