Just got scammed, help!

Hi, so stupid me just got lured in by Craftsy’s facebook marketing and I signed up by debit card to their $3 yearly premium membership. When I sign up for memberships I pretty much always cancel auto-renewal straight away because otherwise I know I will forget to do it later and get blindsided by a charge.
But the only way to cancel your membership appears to be a phone number to talk to their customer service people. I’m in Australia and it’s an American number, so can’t call it. I’ve emailed their support email but haven’t received a reply and other people on the net have said they never end up getting back to you.
I’m kind of stressed, I really don’t want to be stuck with this membership, they charge $70USD yearly 😞 Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
