What should I do with ONE skein of Hobbii Twirls Deluxe?

I would like to make my husband something and would like to see the full colour change but working with such fine yarn takes forever so I don't want whatever I make to be big enough to require two skeins. A shawl would be too big to wear regularly, I think, unless it was kind of an intricate pattern that eats up a lot of yarn. A throw for the couch? Sleeveless vest? In search of recommendations and patterns.
