Most comfortable bralette patterns?

I’ve seen plenty of bralette patterns but honestly I’m always skeptical of how comfortable they would be, especially with those thin halter top ties. Ideally, I’d like something that’s durable but comfy and can last an 8 hour shift in food service (long story short most of my current bras don’t fit well and i would rather make some with yarn I have then spend money rn). If anyone can recommend a pattern they have made and can attest to how well it wears, I would appreciate it!!
