Colour changing in graphghan

I'm working on my first graphghan. I'm a decent way through but now I'm getting paranoid about my colour changes. It's a gift for someone and I'm worried I didnt secure the finished colours properly.

But they dont go over finishing...
When i finished off a colour, I left a long(ish) tail and crocheted over it where possible. Then I pulled it a bit, snipped the end, and let it get lost in the stitches.
Is this going to come undone? If so how do I secure it better? Should I pull everything out? I have like 15 hours progress probably.
