I have everything planned out for my temperature blanket. Colors, dates, etc. everything except for what stitch to use.

I originally thought maybe just single crochet but I’ve heard of a few people who ended up hating their blanket because it’s so plain. Just looking for something relatively easy that doesn’t take super long to crank out. TIA!
