i love making crochet clothing and want to get into top down sweaters. ive noticed a ton of these patterns have HUGE head holes and i’m not into this style, i prefer crew neck or even a turtleneck if possible. how can i add one? do i have to do ribbing and then work in the round on top of that?

also if anyone has any patterns fitting my description PLEASE send my way! thank you!!!
