Help! This step is driving me crazy!

Hi everyone! This is my first post, and I’m VERY new to crochet (I have only been crocheting for about 2 weeks lol) and I’m trying to follow a pattern I found online, but I’m having trouble. Specifically with the last step, row 7. It’s a very easy pattern, just a bunch of BLO slip-stitching, it’s just the last row that’s giving me pause.

The instructions say, and I quote, “Turn work over to WS, so that Row 1 is on top. With Color A (red), join to first ch through both unused loops of each ch to end. Break yarn and finish off.”

I know WS is work/wrong side, and that ch is chain, but the actual process is a mystery to me. Can anyone explain what I’m supposed to be doing with it?

Thank you!!
