I'm going to try to crochet a lace cardigan to wear for an event coming up in October (my first Craft fair!!). I have some Red Heart Super Saver yarn in white with sparkle on it. I've never done a cardigan before, or crocheted any clothing, really.

What are some tips that would be useful to have as a first time clothing crocheter?
