Hello everybody!

I saw once here in Reddit a flamesweater that I fell in love with, so since I'm on vacation, decided to give it a try and also try the technique for the first time.

My wrong side has a lot of long threads (it seems it is part of) and I am worried that in case an accident happens, the sweater could be damaged. I have seen projects that leave those showing up but truly I have no idea if that is practical or not.

I tried to carry the yarn all the way around as I'm used to do, but I feel this way the flames looks more cleaner and clearer.

Somebody has any advice for how to care of those long threads? Is it necessary to do something about it?
