"Repeat from * 6 times" question
IFTTT newest submissions : crochet
Hi all, I'm having a bit of a difficult time with 'repeat' instructions because the stitches don't add up. This is the instruction:
Start crocheting in 1st st from the previous rnd. 1 sc in next 15 [17] sts. *1 sc2tog. 1 sc in next st. Repeat from the * 6 times. 1 sc in next 13 [15] sts. Do not sl st in 1st sc of this rnd. (40 [44] sts)
Does this mean I do a total of 7 *1 sc2tog. 1sc in next st* or a total of 6?
When I did the *1 sc2tog. 1sc in next st* 7 times, I only had 11 stitches to go until I finished the round, which doesn't work with the "1 sc in next 13 sts".
