Non-Spiraling Round Stitch Pt.2: My Decent Into Actual Madness

Ok, so this problem is still continuing and I legitimately have no clue what I'm doing wrong anymore. I thought my original issue was that I forgot to use the front stitch for this pattern but now everything won't stop leaning and I am at the end of my rope. I have to get this part done before I can do any part of my project because I can properly size everything and I can't scrape it cause this was commissioned by someone. I am seriously started to loose it, I've been at this since the beginning of October, have remade this part probably ten times at this point, my hands have started to numb and tremble slightly and I seriously am going to start crying from how frustrated I am. I know how to make the other needed sections but this one is making me loose my mind.

The first two pictures are how its supposed to look and the last two is the closest I've gotten to replicating my first one. Also, I can't actually get this part back as it is directly sewed and crocheted into the rest of the previous project so there's no way to get it out without destroying my work.

This is done using spiral stitch and as far as I can remember the original had 54 stiches in the round while the newer one was requested to be bigger so its 72 stitches in the round.

I can no longer tell if things are leaning by themselves or I've ended up in my own personal hell where everything leans.
