Looking for a sweater pattern!

hello everyone!
I really want to create a sweater that is just basic (and doesn't have any crazy stitches or something along those lines) but I cant seem to find a free pattern or video, its only been cardigans so far
( and I cant buy patterns just yet) and I was wondering if you guys have a pattern you would be able to share!
or if there is no pattern, just some tips on how to free-hand one.
