Hi folks, I’m looking to make a Hudson’s Bay-inspired blanket (ie. mostly off-white, but with thick coloured stripes at each end) as a gift. Since it will never look authentic (the real ones are woven) and I don’t have a patter I want to use a really nice stitch for it.

Do my question is: do you have a favourite stitch for blankets? If so, what do you love about it?
