What kind of discount would you want on Etsy?

Hi! I just made an Etsy (literally today) and I’m searching for ways to bring people to my shop and get them to come back.
My first idea was to send customers a coupon after their first transaction to give them the incentive to return. Etsy offers three discounts: free standard shipping, percentage off, and fixed amount off. Personally, I think the free shipping sounds most appealing but I already offer free shipping on purchases of $35+.
Which option do you think people would like best? Free shipping is pointless if their order is over $35 but if they just buy one item they don’t normally qualify for free shipping because they won’t meet the price limit. I’m having trouble deciding which one would be more likely to make people come back. Thank you in advance!
