What do you all consider the best glue to attach plastic to yarn?

I am crocheting a monster for my sister and it will have fake human teeth. I was going to drill tiny holes into the teeth and sew them in, but even a dremel broke them. So, now I am going to glue them. What glue do you all recommend? It needs to be strong and clear.
This is the inside of the mouth and it will be lined with these fake teeth.
