Has anyone done the “Teething Duck Alfred” pattern by Hobbii?

I want to make Teething Duck Alfred as a gift, but I’m a little concerned about safety and would like some advice.
Are the teether feet by Hobbii child safe? In terms of material? How long do they are take to arrive?
Any suggestions to replace the safety eyes instead? I was thinking maybe embroidered instead?
I want to make the feet removable for cleaning, maybe using Velcro?
