Please help me with a gift for my mom.

My mom is turning 70 this month and she is very talented with crochet. I know that she's had to slow down ever since she fractured her wrist and it really bums her out.
I'd like to get her something to make crocheting easier. For anyone who has had a wrist injury, what product has helped you? I'll also ask, if you could have any crochet tool given to you as a gift, what would it be? I have a pretty big budget set up for this so I'd like to go big.
