Hey lovelies! I adore crochet, but I have arthritis (recently diagnosed, still learning!) and I’ve ended up in quite a bit of pain. I use ergonomic hooks, but it’s actually the hand holding the yarn that has the most pain. I haven’t crocheted long, so it’s possible I’m doing things wrong in general 😅

Any tips to relieve the pain so I can keep crocheting? Is there possibly some kind of tool that can hold the yarn for me?
