Hello!! I have been working on this lotus flower blanket (pattern by HookedbyRobin) and I’m struggling with making the petals symmetrical. The first double crochet has a larger space/gap (see pictures). I’ve tried adjusting my tension and keeping the yarn close together while completing the stitch but I can’t identify why it is happening. Any and all help is appreciated!!
