Ideas for single color projects

I'm in high school and spend a few hours a week on a bus going to sporting events, and I was looking for some projects I can do on the rides. I'd prefer ones that only use one or two colors of yarn, it takes up a lot of space in my bag. I'd also prefer no big clothing items like sweaters or cardigans. If anyone has any suggestions for projects, please give them to me!
