Anniversary Cake Help

Hello lovely people. I just found out my sister's best friend (also my friend but like...clearly not as close) is getting married! Total shock to me so now I'm frantically going to make an engagement blanket. I wanted an excuse to buy the Caron Anniversary Cakes and want to make a fairly big sofa afghan (about twin bed or full bed sized) the friend and her fiance can use while on the sofa. I'm curious if anyone here has used it and what their opinion is of it. I plan to use Peach Party, as the colors are perfect for the situation so if another type of yarn in those colors are available that is better/nicer let me know too! Thanks all!
