Is there a direct link to a pattern for a diagonal pot holder?

I know how to start but I can't remember how many to put on the corner. My internet is so slow that pages on ravelry time out before they load. I can't find the pattern on my computer.
Is there a direct link or can someone walk me through the pattern?
So far, I remember chain 36 and then sc across. Then extra on the ends (can't remember how many) and then go up the other side. Extra on the end and then work in rounds.
Any help would be appreciated. I've been trying to find a page that will load with no luck. But mg reddit app works! (Sometimes)
