Help with Northern Dreams Pullover
IFTTT newest submissions : crochet
I'm at the point where I an attaching the sleeves to the body piece. It says to skip the 9 stitches for the underarm.... so am I supposed to go back after and stitch it up? Otherwise I think this would leave holes at the armpit? It doesnt mention that anywhere unless I'm just missing it. Just not sure if I'm misunderstanding. Heres the exact wording:
Join sleeves to body as foll: Reinsert hook in working lp of body. Place sleeve next to body, RS facing, so that marked center of sleeve lines up with marked side of body. Mark off 9 (10, 11, 13, 14, 15) sts over center of each sleeve (original m is in center st)—sk these sts for underarm.
Rnd 1: Beg with left sleeve, sc in rem 54 (58, 66, 71, 79, 83) sts of left sleeve, sk next 9 (10, 11, 13, 14, 15) sts of body, sc in next 83 (94, 104, 114, 124, 135) sts of front, sc in rem 54 (58, 66, 71, 79, 83) sts of right sleeve, sk next 9....etc
