Changing colours in a round without tying off?

EDIT: I meant changing colours AFTER each round, not within the round
I'm making a blanket that alternates colours after each round and I've been looking for tutorials on how to change colours without having to tie off and cut after each round but I only seem to coming across how to change colours only, so maybe I'm googling the wrong search terms?
Appreciate if someone could show me/ direct me to a tutorial on how I can change colours without tying off or of it's even possible?
Weaving in ends is tedious, lol.
