best way to build my yarn stash?

ok so, i'm a pretty new crocheter and all the yarn i have is from a sweet person that sent me some out of her stash through r/YarnSwap, or some skeins i received as a gift. the only place to find yarn where i live (except for local shops but they aren't open atm and don't have websites) is walmart but their stock has been scarce lately and i was wondering if you guys had any advice about websites or brands that i can go to that will have cheap yarn in a variety of colors? i was hoping to buy a pack or one of those mixed mystery orders or wtvr. i was looking at the rainbow 8/4 packs on hobbi but a lot of them are sold out and also it's very light yarn and i was hoping for more of a worsted weight?
